Update or Edit Event

This section explains how organizers can update or edit events in the system.

Events Page

Click 'Events' in the Sidebar Navigation

Users will be redirected to the 'Events' page as shown above.

Scroll (Right Side) on the 'Event's Table' and Locate 'Edit' Button

On the 'Events' page, scroll to the rightmost side of the event's table to locate the 'Edit' button. Click on the 'Edit' button to redirect to the 'Edit Event' page.

Click the 'Edit' Button

The organizer needs to click the 'Edit' button on the 'Events' page.

Fill in the 'Edit Event' Information

The organizer has the authority to 'Edit or Update' information of an event such as 'Event Name', 'Start Date & Time', 'End Date & Time', 'Location Type', 'Venue', 'Address', 'Embed Location', 'Description', 'Category', 'Participant Capacity', 'Registration Deadline', 'Cover Image', 'Settings', 'Privacy Type' and 'Status' before clicking the 'Save' button to update the event.

Click 'Save' Button to 'Update' the Current Event

Finish 'Edit or Update' your event by clicking the 'Save' button.
