Update Shop Information

This section emphasises for users how to update their shop information for business owners using our platform.

Looyall Business Management System (Update Shop Information)

General Tab

Click 'My Shop (HQ)' in the Sidebar Navigation

Users will be redirected to the 'Update My Shop' page as shown above.

Fill in the Information of Your Shop to 'Update'

Users may update shop information on the 'General Tab', such as their 'Shop Name', 'Shop Description', 'Shop Category', 'Shop Subcategory', 'Operation Time', 'Logo', 'Image Cover' and 'Address'.

Click 'Save' Button

Once the business information has been updated, click the 'Save' button.

Contact & Social Media Tab

Click 'My Shop (HQ)' in the Sidebar Navigation

Users will be redirected to the 'Update My Shop' page as shown above.

Click on the right side tab '(Contact & Social Media)' to redirect to the page.

Fill in the Contact Information of Your Shop to 'Update'

Users may 'Update Shop Information' on the 'Contact & Social Media Tab', such as their 'Landline Number', 'Phone Number', 'Email Address', 'Direction (Google Maps Coordinate)', 'Facebook Link', 'Instagram Link', 'TikTok Link' and 'Website Link'.

Click 'Update' Button

Once business contact and social media information has been filled in, click the 'Update' button.
