Update Organization Information

This section emphasises for users how to update organization information for event organizer using our platform.

Looyall Event Management System

General Tab

Click 'My Organization' in the Sidebar Navigation

Users will be redirected to the 'My Organization' page as shown above.

Fill in the Information of Your Organization to Update

Users may update organization information on the 'General Tab', such as their 'Organization Name', 'Organization Description', 'Organization Type', 'Logo', 'Image Cover' and 'Organization Address'.

Click 'Save' Button

Once organization information has been updated, click the 'Save' button.

Contact & Social Media Tab

Click 'My Organization' in the Sidebar Navigation

Users will be redirected to the 'Organization' page as shown above.

Click on the right side tab (Contact & Social Media) to redirect to the page.

Fill in the Contact Information of Your Shop to Update

Users may update organization information on the 'Contact & Social Media Tab', such as their 'Landline Number', 'Phone Number', 'Email Address', 'Facebook Link', 'Instagram Link', and 'TikTok Link'.

Click 'Update' Button

Once business contact and social information has been filled, click the 'Update' button.
