# Forgot Password

## Click <mark style="color:red;">'Forgot Password'</mark>

On the <mark style="color:red;">**'Sign In'**</mark> page, click the <mark style="color:red;">**'Forgot your password?'**</mark> link.

## Enter <mark style="color:red;">'Email'</mark> to Reset

Fill in your <mark style="color:red;">**'Email'**</mark> and click the <mark style="color:red;">**'Email Password Reset Links'**</mark> button to reset your password.

## Check <mark style="color:red;">'Your Email'</mark> and <mark style="color:red;">'Verify'</mark>

Open your email newsletter and click the <mark style="color:red;">**'Reset Password'**</mark> button for the next step.

## Enter New Password

Fill in your <mark style="color:red;">**'New Password'**</mark> and <mark style="color:red;">**'Re-type Password'**</mark> and click the <mark style="color:red;">**'Reset'**</mark> button.

## <mark style="color:red;">'Sign In'</mark> with New Password

Only a new password is valid for this process.\
\
**Note: The old password has been deleted once after resetting.**
