Click 'Username' at Top Right of the Page

Click the 'Username' at the top right of the page menu. A dropdown menu will be displayed containing the 'Seller Portal', 'Organizer Portal', 'Vendor Request', 'Lucky Draw Entries', 'Profile', and 'Log Out'. Select 'Lucky Draw Entries'.

View List of 'Lucky Draw Entries'

Users are able to view information of 'Lucky Draw Entries', such as 'Ticket Number', 'Lucky Draw Campaign', 'Event Name', 'Winner Status', 'Claim Status', and 'Entry Date'.

View Details of 'Lucky Draw Entries'

Users can 'View Details' of the selected Lucky Draw entries by clicking the 'View Details' button.

'Withdraw' the Lucky Draw Entries

Users also can withdraw the lucky draw entries by clicking the 'Three-dot' icon button and clicking 'Withdraw' to proceed. Note: This feature only works when the event is 'Ongoing'.

View Entries as a Tickets

On the 'Lucky Draw Entries' page, click the 'View Entries as Tickets' button to navigate to the Virtual Tickets page, and it will display the total of lucky draw entry activities of the user.
