# Lucky Draw Entries

## Click <mark style="color:red;">'Username'</mark> at Top Right of the Page

Click the <mark style="color:red;">**'Username'**</mark> at the top right of the page menu. A dropdown menu will be displayed containing the 'Seller Portal', 'Organizer Portal', 'Vendor Request', 'Lucky Draw Entries', 'Profile', and 'Log Out'. Select <mark style="color:red;">**'Lucky Draw Entries'**</mark>.

## View List of <mark style="color:red;">'Lucky Draw Entries'</mark>

Users are able to view information of <mark style="color:red;">**'Lucky Draw Entries'**</mark>, such as 'Ticket Number', 'Lucky Draw Campaign', 'Event Name', 'Winner Status', 'Claim Status', and 'Entry Date'.

## View Details of <mark style="color:red;">'Lucky Draw Entries'</mark>

Users can <mark style="color:red;">**'View Details'**</mark> of the selected Lucky Draw entries by clicking the <mark style="color:red;">**'View Details'**</mark> button.

## <mark style="color:red;">'Withdraw'</mark> the Lucky Draw Entries

Users also can withdraw the lucky draw entries by clicking the <mark style="color:red;">**'Three-dot'**</mark> icon button and clicking <mark style="color:red;">**'Withdraw'**</mark> to proceed. \

**Note: This feature only works when the event is&#x20;**<mark style="color:red;">**'Ongoing'.**</mark>

## View Entries as a Tickets

On the <mark style="color:red;">**'Lucky Draw Entries'**</mark> page, click the <mark style="color:red;">**'View Entries as Tickets'**</mark> button to navigate to the Virtual Tickets page, and it will display the total of lucky draw entry activities of the user.
