Lucky Draw Management

This section explains how organizer can use and manage a Lucky Draw based on the event.

Events Page

Click 'Events' in the Sidebar Navigation

Users will be redirected to the 'Events' page as shown above.

Scroll (Right Side) on the 'Event's Table' and Locate 'Lucky Draw' Button

On the 'Events' page, scroll to the right side of the event's table to locate the 'Lucky Draw' button. Click on the 'Lucky Draw' button to go to the 'Lucky Draw' page.

Click 'Lucky Draw' Button

The organizer needs to click the 'Lucky Draw' button on the 'Events' page.

'Manage' Lucky Draw

To manage the lucky draw, the organizer of the event needs to fill in the prize information and the rules of the event lucky draw.

'View' the 'Entries List' Details

The Organizer can view the entries list details.

'Manage' the Prize of the Lucky Draw

The organizer can manage the prize of the lucky draw event by 'Add' , 'Update' and 'Delete' Prize Items.

View the 'Winner Details' & 'Prize Claim' Status

The organizer can view the 'Winner' details and the 'Prize Claim' status.

Generate 'Entry Code' for Participants to Enter

The organizer also can generate an 'Entry Code' for a participant to enter more than one time in the Lucky Draw of the event.

'Edit' or 'Update' the Lucky Draw Information

The organizer can 'Edit' or 'Update' the lucky draw information by clicking the 'Settings' button.
