My Transaction

This section explains to users how to use the My Transaction Page in the system.

My Transaction Page

Click 'Loyalty Program' in the Sidebar Navigation

A dropdown menu will be displayed containing the 'My Membership', 'My Reward', 'My Transaction', and 'My QR Code' menus.

Click 'My Transaction' in the Sidebar Navigation

Users will be redirected to the 'My Transaction' page. This page will display the list of transactions that had been done by the user with the shops.

'View' More Details of Transaction

Users can view more details about the transaction by clicking the 'More Info' button.

Give 'Feedback' to Shop

Users are able to provide 'Feedback' by giving star ratings and commenting for the shop.
