My Membership

This section explains to users how to use the My Membership Page in the system.

My Membership Page

Click 'Loyalty Program' in the Sidebar Navigation

A dropdown menu will be displayed containing the 'My Membership', 'My Reward', 'My Transaction', and 'My QR Code' menus.

Click 'My Membership' in the Sidebar Navigation

The user will be redirected to the 'My Membership' page. This page will display the number of points that the user has collected based on the stores that the user follows.

'View' Membership Points & Rewards

Users can 'View' what they can redeem with the points by clicking on 'The Shop Box' they want to view.

Explore 'Membership'

Users will be redirected to the 'Membership' page of the selected shop. Users can also 'View' the list of redeemable items or how to 'Collect Points' from the shop.

'Redeem Item' from the Shop

In order to 'redeem an item' from the shop, the user needs to go to the shop physically and inform the cashier to use points to redeem the items by showing the user the 'QR code'.

Completion of 'Redeem' Process

The cashier will 'Scan the user's QR code' and view the user's total points before proceeding with the redeem process. If the point is enough with the redeem rules, the cashier will proceed with the redeem process.
