Manage Redeem (Points)

This section is designed for business owners to manage redeem points of their shop in the system.

Manage Membership Page (Redeem Point)

Click 'Membership' in the Sidebar Navigation

Users will be redirected to the 'Membership' page as shown above.

Click 'Redeem Point' Tab

Users will be redirected to the 'Redeem Point' page.

Click '+ Redeem Point' Button to Add Rules for the Customer to Redeem Points

Users will be redirected to the 'New Redeem Point' page and fill in the information to add rules for the customers to redeem points.

Fill in the 'Redeem Point' Information

Users need to fill in the information 'What Can Be Redeemed', 'Reward Title, 'Reward Description', 'Points Needed To Redeem', 'Image', and 'Status' in order to create a new redeem point.

Save 'New Redeem Point' Information by Clicking the 'Save' Button

Users will be redirected to the 'Redeem Point' page after saving the information.

Click the 'Active Toggle Button' to 'Deactivate' or 'Hide' the Redeem Point

At the 'Redeem Point' page, users may click the 'Active' toggle button to 'Deactivate or Hide' the redeem point information. Vice versa, to reactivate the redeem point to go live.

Update the 'Redeem Point' by Clicking the 'Edit' Button

Users may update the redeem point information by clicking the 'Edit' button.

'Delete' a Redeem Point, Click the 'Three-dot' button and Click 'Delete' to Proceed

At the 'Redeem Point' page, users may click the 'Three-dot' button and 'Delete' button to remove the redeem point.
